Description

Japanese Genmai Cha with Matcha is a special blend of Genmai Cha and stone-milled Matcha, the powdered green tea for a traditional tea ceremony. The added Matcha gives Genmai Cha a smooth body and vivid emerald-green color. Genmai Cha is a toasty, nutty tea and is one of Japan's most popular varieties.

Steeping Instructions: 1 Tbs per 12 oz water, 185 degrees, 30-60 seconds

Ingredients: Japanese Green Tea, Roasted Rice, Matcha Powder

As a fan of both Genmaicha and matcha, I just had to try this and it fully lived up to my hopes! It gives me the extra jolt and earthiness from the matcha while still offering the roasty essence of Genmaicha. Can also steep two or three times which I love.
