Steeping Instructions: 1-1.5 tsp, Boiling Water, 3-5 Minutes

Pineapple Coconut - a juicy surprise!

I had it in my head that this tea would taste like candy. I have no idea why when I clearly read that some of the flavors are cinnamon, cardamom and peppercorns. Duh on my part! Well, the heat from the spices were a surprise but I've grown to love this tea, much like I love chai. I brew it (a heaping tsp per cup) with a few stevia leaves thrown in and drink it for a caffeine free pick-me-up. Try this for a hot cocktail for winter or a cold: Steep tea for at least 5 minutes - get it good and strong. Add two fingers of your favorite Irish whiskey, honey to taste and a lemon wedge.
