Description
Lemongrass is common in Southeast Asia and is widely grown in other parts of the world. It has a strong citrus flavor. It is very prominent in the cuisines of Thailand and Vietnam. It tastes good with/in curries, soups, stews and casseroles particularly those made with chicken and seafood. Please note: Lemongrass should not be used during pregnancy.
