I order online and have all my spices shipped. So convenient and worth the shipping cost so I don’t have to drive to Reno. I received my shipment and unfortunately one of the bags was broken at the bottom the spices were everywhere. I know how wonderful this company is and I knew they would make it right. I decided to take the bag to the store and let them know. It was easy they replaced the bag and I was on my way. The employee who helped me was so kind and sweet. I bought some a year ago and never opened it until this year. The good news is, it held up great and tastes fantastic, especially with a dollop of milk. The bad news is, when I went running back to buy more (a lot more), it was almost gone and I had to settle for 8oz. The tea is naturally sweet and the aroma is gorgeous. It’s great in the afternoon and evening, doesn’t keep ya up or buzzing. This is one you don’t want to sleep on and I’ll be very happy when it makes a reappearance in 2025. Or, I’ll be crushed and broken if it doesn’t.
