Toasted Sesame Seeds

Fresh sesame seeds are a must - that's what I love about these. They're never old and dry like the ones at the grocery store. The only change I'd make is for them to be ever so slightly more toasted - but that's my personal preference. I use them quite regularly on home made poké and I like to toast them in a pan a wee bit more and then sprinkle them on toast with butter.
