Advieh Persian rose spice blend

Sprinkle some on shredded or sliced roasted carrots. You'll thank me later since this and carrots were made for each other. Brings out the sweet caramelized flavor and adds subtle exotic notes. Probably works on any root vegetable just as good.

Put it into an Asian Pak Choi dinner last night and the umami with homegrown Thai Basil was incredible. Wish I had used a bigger pot to have any leftovers, since there weren't any.

Advieh Persian Rose Spice

I used this blend as a substitute for plain turmeric in a recipe and loved the depth/floral note that it offered to the dish. Fantastic on fish, veggies, or chicken. Highly recommend adding it to your spice repertoire :)
