Black Truffle Yum!

I brought my pot of black truffle salt to a dinner party to put on a veggie dish I brought. Unfortunately, it got thrown away on accident. I ordered this one and I'm so glad that I did. 1. It is perfect. 2. It is reasonably priced. 3. I supported a small business.

What do I use it on, you ask? Buttered popcorn. Roast veggies. On a good steak after it is cooked. On top of all things potatoes and eggs. If I had caviar, I would use it there as well!

Warnings, do not touch the salt with your fingers. Use a tiny little spoon. It will help preserve it. Enjoy!
