Important Information for Gift Card Recipients

Please note that the recipient email address for Virtual Gift Cards cannot be changed once the gift card has been sent. 

We recommend not sending Virtual Gift Cards to federal, state, or local government email addresses or university or public/private school email addresses, as delivery is not guaranteed due to potential server restrictions.

For a seamless experience, consider sending the Virtual Gift Card to your own email address, printing it, and then giving it to the recipient if they are at one of these institutions.

Virtual Gift Cards do not apply towards the free shipping and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
