Honey Powder is made from honey, and then converted to a free flowing powdered product that yields a pure honey flavor with no masking of flavor. The use of this product will provide maximum honey flavor without the added masking flavor of cereal starches. Use in place of table sugar to sweeten tea, coffee or as a topping. Use in baking applications in place of granulated sugar. Add to marinades for a sweet glaze. Whisk into sauces or brines for sweet flavor balance to spicy or savory ingredients.

My favorite!

I love honey powder! I use it in salad dressings the most....melts perfectly and doesn't get stuck to the bottom like regular honey. I also love using it in cocktails instead of sugar and a little goes a long way!
