These mixed berry scones are to die for!  A combination of blueberries and raspberries makes the perfect scone to celebrate spring, no matter the season!

Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, calcium sulphate), sugar, freeze-dried raspberry bits, dried blueberries (blueberries, sugar, sunflower oil) natural flavor.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

You will need:
1 cup whipping cream
Floured cutting board
Baking sheet

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In large bowl combine scone mix with 1 cup whipping cream.

Gently mix until sticky ball forms.

Turn onto floured cutting board, knead about 10 times.

Pat into a circle 1 inch thick; cut into 8 large or 16 small wedges or cut into rounds if you prefer.

Place onto baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes, until lightly brown.

Serve with butter, jam, or your favorite topping.

OPTIONAL GLAZE:

2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoon milk or whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together sugar, milk, and vanilla extract and drizzle over cooled scones.
