Shichimi Togarashi

I have only used it once so far in a rib recipe for the dry rub and it was fantastic! The mix of flavors and spice gave the ribs something I don't think I could replicate on my own, especially with my lack of cooking experience.

I am excited to use it in a lot of the Japanese recipes I have that ask for it.
