This balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy, is blended with real fruit juice. It is clean, crisp and tart and boasts a lovely deep rose blush. It has an amazingly fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Sweet refreshing pear with a touch of tangy cranberry tartness is excellent as a salad dressing or on fresh fruit and ice cream. Put a splash in your favorite iced tea or as a glaze for pork roast.

For Cranberry Pear vinaigrette:
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 tablespoons mild extra virgin olive oil
In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon, balsamic, salt and pepper. While whisking, drizzle in the olive oil and mix well to emulsify the mixture. Enjoy
Storage Conditions - To maximize the shelf life of balsamic vinegar, keep the bottle tightly sealed after opening. Properly stored, balsamic vinegar will generally stay at best quality for about 3 years, but will stay safe indefinitely. Make sure you keep your vinegars in a closed dark bottle, in a cabinet away from sources of heat like your stove. Refrigeration is not necessary.
