Ever since I got into baking, cardamom has become a baking essential, and your shop offers one of the highest qualities I've been able to find. Early on in my exploration, I learned that cardamom is often mixed with fillers like sand to make it cheaper to produce (and not good at all to consume!) So it's really great knowing that I'm getting the highest quality spice for my baking!
