Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, calcium sulphate), sugar, raspberry bites (fruit blend (apple, raspberry), fruit fiber (apple, citrus), pectin, natural flavor, rice bran, vitamin C ascorbate, vegetable oil (soybean, sunflower), red beet extract), white baking chips (sugar, palm kernel oil, dry whole milk, nonfat dry milk, natural flavor, soy lethicin).

You will need:
1 cup whipping cream
Floured cutting board
Baking sheet

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In large bowl combine scone mix with 1 cup whipping cream.

Gently mix until sticky ball forms.

Turn onto floured cutting board, knead about 10 times.

Pat into a circle 1 inch thick; cut into 8 large or 16 small wedges or cut into rounds if you prefer.

Place onto baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes, until lightly brown.

Serve with butter, jam, or your favorite topping.

Optional Glaze:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoon milk or whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together sugar, milk, and vanilla extract and drizzle over cooled scones.
